About us

Our family company was established in the Czech Republic in 1991.

We care about the quality of our products, and so, since 2004, we have been offering our own exclusive collection of lifelike plush toys to the European market. We have been using recycled environmentally-friendly materials as stuffing for these toys since 2020.

Ecological plush toys can be recognized by the ECO FRIENDLY logo. This eco-friendly concept is one we have decided to maintain and people all over Europe love it. Apart from plush toys, we also offer children’s carnival costumes and toys for every season.

How long does it take for my toys to arrive?

After an order has been placed, we prepare the goods immediately. The goods are sent as soon as we receive your payment, or according to the agreement conditions. Your toys will be delivered within 3 to 5 days, depending on the distance from our warehouse to you.

What is the minimum value for an order I can place?

We don’t have any minimum amount! You can order just one item or a whole package of toys. However, you have to pay for the postage for small orders, whilst the postage for bigger orders is paid by us.

What is the threshold for free delivery?

The threshold for free delivery depends on the distance that our toys have to travel (the threshold for short distances is €600, for long distances it is €1500). When placing an order above this value, the delivery is covered by us.

Am I entitled to a discount?

Certainly! Discounts depend on the value of your order or the product category that you order. Ask us about any discount you are eligible for.

How are the goods packed?

We know that things can get damaged during delivery. That’s why we pack all the goods into cardboard boxes with cushioning which protects both the toys and their packaging.

What if the goods arrived damaged?

No problem! Sometimes things go wrong. We’ll replace the damaged goods or we’ll issue a credit note for you.
